- A pre-race concert featuring The Doobie Brothers
- A pre-race military salute with demonstrations from Fort Bragg
- Performances by the 82nd Airborne Chorus
GRAMMY Award-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Doobie Brothers will perform a 60-minute pre-race concert featuring a selection of No. 1 hits including “What a Fool Believes” and “Black Water,” in addition to popular tunes like “Listen to the Music,” “China Grove,” “Jesus Is Just All Right,” and “Rockin’ Down the Highway”!
