Heart & Sole 5K

Love is sweet, so move your feet! It doesn’t matter if you walk it or run it, just do whatever your heart desires. Invite your boo, your bestie, your kids, or your favorite four-legged partner to “move” with you. Participants receive a t-shirt, a special Valentines gift bag, and a custom event bib. Enjoy snacks and drinks after the race.
“BE OUR VALENTINE” this February and register today.
Participants are asked to bring slightly used running shoes that you don’t wear anymore. Shoes will be donated to a worthy organization to give to those in need of shoes.
