Hendrick Homecoming

Hendrick Motorsports is excited to announce it will host “Hendrick Homecoming” on May 24-25, 2024.
The free 40th anniversary fan event will take place over Memorial Day weekend – the same weekend that the team will compete at its home track of Charlotte Motor Speedway in the Coca-Cola 600 and make its first appearance in the storied Indianapolis 500.
“Hendrick Homecoming” will offer appearances and autograph sessions with current and past drivers, crew chiefs and other personalities from the team’s storied history. The all-ages, family-friendly event will include food trucks, displays, games, giveaways, carnival rides (ferris wheel, bounce house and a giant slide) and more.
“The sport wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the fans,” team owner Rick Hendrick said. “I was a fan and I am a fan today. To celebrate with them, they are a big part of it. We want to throw a big party and have a lot of entertainment and fun around the event. A lot of neat cars on display. It is for the fans and we are super excited.”
Accessible parking will be available on campus. There will be limited parking on campus. Roundtrip shuttles to Hendrick Motorsports from Lot Z at Charlotte Motor Speedway (off Bruton Smith Blvd. across from Camping World of Concord) will be available each day.
