Run Kannapolis: Strides for Stroke 5K/10K

Hosted by Atrium Health, the Stride for Strokes 5K/10K will benefit the Cabarrus Stroke Support Group.
Join them on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 am for the Stride for Strokes 5K/10K. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate. Run Kannapolis is part of the City of Kannapolis’ Discover a Healthy Life brand.
