Veterans Salute 5K and 10K

Come join us on VETERANS DAY for this patriotic run to salute those who have served this great Nation!
Races will begin on McCachern Blvd beside the Cabarrus County Parking Lot. The 5k will run toward Corban Ave, take a left and down into the McEachern Greenway and back up the finish using the downtown connector. Awards given to overall top 3 male and female, top veteran in male and female, and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over.

Register by October 20th to be guaranteed an awesome T-Shirt! First 100 10k registrants receive a Shirt hoodie! 10k participants must register by October 20th to be guaranteed their hoodie size. 10k participants will also receive a participation pin.
Race Day Registration: Starts at 7:30am on Race Day. Increase price of $5 for the 5k and 10k. While supplies last for all race day registrations.
Veterans: $10 for 5k; $20 for 10k
Fun Run (1 mile) begins at 8:30am, 5k at 9:00am, and 10k at 9:15am. Start/Finish line on McCachern Blvd and following the Downtown
Connector Greenway with a ½ mile turnaround.
