Craving the Flavors of Hawaii?
Look no further than L&L Hawaiian Grill, bringing the delicious taste of Hawaiian-style barbecue to Concord. Fantastic-tasting food is not the only thing they bring to the table. They are also hosting authentic Luau Shows this summer! Owned by the passionate duo Andy & Franny Robinson, this restaurant chain has been serving mouthwatering dishes since 1976.

After relocating from Seattle, Washington, Andy and Franny noticed the lack of diverse food options in the area. Determined to change that, they did their homework and decided to open an L&L Hawaiian Grill franchise in April 2019.

  • Their goal? To introduce a whole new level of culinary variety to Cabarrus County.

At L&L, you’ll discover an enticing menu featuring Hawaiian Plate Lunchesโ€”a harmonious fusion of home recipes from Japan, China, the Philippines, Portugal, Korea, and New England. Savor their iconic Hawaiian Plate Lunch with two scoops of rice, creamy macaroni salad, and your choice of flavorful meat. Or indulge in the classic Loco Moco, a mouthwatering combination of a hamburger patty, rice, a fried egg, and gravy. Each dish is prepared with homemade teriyaki sauce and marinated meats, ensuring a burst of authentic Hawaiian flavors in every bite. And did we mention their generous portions? You won’t leave hungry!

  • Now, let’s talk about Spam Musubi! This delectable treat was sold over 200,000 times at this year’s SPAM JAM in Waikiki and can be yours for just $1 each on Musubi Mondays at L&L. Trust us, it’s a must-try!

Are you ready for an island-inspired culinary adventure?
Even if you’ve never tried authentic Hawaiian food, this is the place to check it out. Here are just a few of their amazing menu items:

๐Ÿ– “Kalbi” Beef Short Ribs (Marinated in a Tangy, Hawaii-inspired Teriyaki Special Sauce)

๐Ÿ— Fried “Katsu” Chicken (Tender Pieces of Deep -Fried Boneless Chicken Thighs, Served with Piquant Dipping House Sauce)

๐Ÿค Garlic Shrimp (Shell-on Shrimp Fried and Sauteed in a Savory Butter Garlic Sauce)

And don’t forget to end your meal with a refreshing Dole Whip for dessert!

Stepping into the restaurant, you’ll experience a relaxed atmosphere. The friendly staff is always ready to guide you in selecting the perfect dish. Franny describes the vibe as “laid-back,” reminiscent of the leisurely pace found on the islands. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely meal, L&L provides a cozy indoor seating area, as well as outdoor seating in the shopping center’s breezeway.

  • Exciting news for this summer!
L&L is partnering with Hula Entertainment Luau Production to bring you an unforgettable Luau Show at their breezeway outdoor eating area. Immerse yourself in the vibrant South Pacific Islands with Hula dancers, fire performers, and authentic Hawaiian music. To secure your seat and enjoy the show, make sure to pre-order your favorite L&L PLATE on their website or call 980-248-1193 an hour before show time and reserve your spot. The Luau Show will be held from 6-9pm every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Luau Shows begin on June 1, 2023. Tickets are priced at $20 for adults and $15 for kids. Children aged 3 and under enjoy free admission. Book your reservation ahead by calling 704-949-7848.
