Get Ready to Jiggy with the Piggy! – The festival returns with the smells and tastes of barbeque and fun for the entire family. Make plans now to join us May 4 – May 7, in downtown Kannapolis. The festival happens rain or shine. Once again, we will host over 50 barbeque competition teams. The BBQ teams are from across the U.S. and will compete for top bragging rights and prize money. Heart & Sole 5k

Love is sweet, so move your feet! It doesn’t matter if you walk it or run it, just do whatever your heart desires. Invite your boo, your bestie, your kids, or your favorite four-legged partner to “move” with you. Participants receive a t-shirt, a special Valentine’s gift bag, and a custom event bib. Bunny Run 5k & Festival

Come Join us for a hopping good time with our Bunny Run 5k & Festival on Saturday, April 8th. The festival includes inflatables, art & crafts, music, food trucks, and dancing with the Easter Bunny! Festival is from 9am to 11am. Races will begin on McCachern Blvd beside the Cabarrus County Parking Lot. The 5k will run toward Corban Ave, take a left and down into the McEachern Greenway and back up the finish using the downtown connector.
