This weekend, many will observe Memorial Day, often seen as the start of summer with picnics, BBQs, and gatherings with friends and family. However, it’s more than a day off and fun with friends. Memorial Day was established to honor and remember the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military, and we have found four activities happening around Cabarrus County.
