As Downtown Concord approaches the completion of the Streetscape project, they have announced a new Social District that visitors can enjoy! What is a Social District? An area where people can walk with open, to-go containers of alcoholic beverages sold by a participating business in a contiguous area. A social district may include both indoor and outdoor areas of businesses within the defined district during the days and hours established for the social district.
