🥞 Annual Pancake Day Brings Community Together

 |

For 65 years, our community has come together to enjoy pancakes, sausages, and of course Sun Drop during this day-long event to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Cabarrus County.

If you have never been to this event, it really is a special day to share a meal with friends, coworkers, or your family. Check out the photos from last year, courtesy of Michael A. Anderson Photography, to get an idea of what this event is all about.

  • Come by for breakfast, pop in for lunch, or even make attending your dinner plan on March 16th anytime between 6:00am and 7:30pm.

🎒 📓 Funds raised from Pancake Day ensure kids and families have a safe space, a hot meal, help with homework, and kind and encouraging words from caring mentors…all adding up to Great Futures for young people, especially those who need us most.

  • Pancake Day is one of the community’s favorite traditions-some even call it a “Concord Holiday!” Board members, staff, and volunteers spend their day cooking pancakes and sausage for over 5,000 hungry customers.

🎫 Tickets are $9 (4 and under eat free) and can be ordered online or you are welcome to pay at the door the day of the event. The Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County is located at 247 Spring Street Northwest, Concord, North Carolina 28025.

The 66th Annual Pancake Day is presented by SHOE SHOW, INC. The Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County has been serving the youth in our community for over 75 years, providing after-school, summer, and athletic programs. Their mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
